What if an item I'd like is out of stock?

    Occasionally we sell out of certain items - don’t worry, the items are often back in stock shortly. If you find something you’d like is out of stock, you can also let us know and we'll contact you when it's available.

      Absolutely! Send us a note and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

        Can I change an order?

          If you find you need to make a change to a recently placed order, we'd be happy to help. Simply contact us with your requested change. If you find you need to make a change to an order that's already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

          What methods of payment do you accept?

            We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal. For added security, we use SSL encryption to transmit personal and payment information through our system.

            Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?

              You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. We recommend you review the shipping address is correct upon receipt as we are unable to redirect shipments once they are en route.  Orders may take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped.

              Where do you ship?

                We ship to U.S. delivery addresses within the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses with U.S. zip codes. Additional shipping charges may apply to areas outside of the continental U.S. and delivery may take longer. We also ship to Canada.  


                What is your returns policy?

                  Returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of returned items. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility.

                  Where do I send return items?

                    Please send us an email to inform us of your return request. We also request you include the order number from your invoice when submitting the return. Pack return items in original condition and send to:
