What if an item I'd like is out of stock?

    Occasionally we sell out of certain items - don’t worry, the items are often back in stock shortly. If you find something you’d like is out of stock, you can also let us know and we'll contact you when it's available.

        Can I change an order?

          If you find you need to make a change to a recently placed order, we'd be happy to help. Simply contact us with your requested change. If you find you need to make a change to an order that's already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

          What methods of payment do you accept?

            We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal. For added security, we use SSL encryption to transmit personal and payment information through our system.

            Will I receive confirmation after placing an order?

              You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. We recommend you review the shipping address is correct upon receipt as we are unable to redirect shipments once they are en route. Orders may take up to 5 days to be processed and shipped.

              Where do you ship?

                We ship to U.S. delivery addresses within the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses with U.S. zip codes. Additional shipping charges may apply to areas outside of the continental U.S. and delivery may take longer. We also ship to Canada.                 Who is responsible for customs and duties for international orders?

                Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please also allow for delays due to customs. 

                What happens if I've entered the wrong address in my order?

                Mistakes happen and we are happy to adjust the address if you contact us before your order ships.

                However, once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We'd like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy: If you have made an error in entering your address we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of reshipping your order once it has been returned to us.

                If this is not your preference, the other option is to refund your order less our cost of shipping and a 40% penalty as we cannot restock items that become lost in transit or successfully delivered to an incorrect address.
                Please understand that we are a small business and reshipping an order or losing an item in the mail comes with a cost. We appreciate your understanding our policy regarding incorrect shipping addresses.


                What is your returns policy?

                  We hope you'll love our products but if you purchase and change your mind, we'll gladly accept a return. Returns are accepted within 21 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of returned items. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer's responsibility.

                  Where do I send return items?

                    Please send us an email to inform us of your return request before mailing any return items. We also request you include the order number from your invoice when submitting the return. Pack return items in original condition and send via USPS to:
