Happy New Year

It's that time of year -- new beginnings and the promise of a new year's resolutions. When less than 50% of us actually succeed in achieving resolutions, is there a different approach we can take to make change stick?

Life happens. Instead of resolutions, how about the commitment to treating yourself with love and care? When the self is taken care of, all else falls into place. Only when we've nourished our hearts and bodies do we have the ability to be present for loved ones, make healthy decisions and accomplish goals. Just a thought.
